Shipping policy

How We Process Orders

Every order for our sofas, accent chairs, dining sets, bedroom beds and storage furniture is packed and inspected by our in‑house Bronx team. All items we sell are brand‑new, unused, and come in original manufacturer packaging unless explicitly noted on the product page.

Processing Time

1‑2 business days to pick, inspect and prepare items for shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or US holidays start processing the next business day.
Orders received after 6:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States.
We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international addresses.
Small‑size parcels ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Larger furniture pieces ship with regional freight carriers.
No extra freight surcharges apply to large furniture.

Transit Times & Total Delivery Window

Standard delivery after goods leave our studio: 3‑5 business days.
Total estimated delivery from order placement: 4‑7 business days (1‑2 days processing + 3‑5 days transit).
Severe weather or carrier capacity issues may extend delivery timelines.
We will email you if we spot meaningful delays for your order.
