Product Accuracy

We photograph and measure each sofa, chair, table and bedroom unit to reflect real‑world appearance. Monitor color settings and studio lighting can create minor color differences between screen and physical furniture. If you believe a color difference is substantial and does not match listing descriptions, you may file a return under our Refund Policy.

Dimension specs are shown on each product page. Minor measurement variation can happen from normal manufacturing tolerances (typically ±1 inch for furniture).

All products ship new and in original condition unless clearly marked “clearance” with explicit condition notes. Clearance items may be marked final‑sale where applicable.

Product Warranty

Unless noted on the product page, we rely on the original manufacturer‑provided warranty for our brand‑new seating, tables, dining and bedroom furniture. We operate as a reseller. Reach out to us and we will assist you with manufacturer warranty support. We do not offer extra in‑house extended warranty beyond manufacturer coverage.

Pricing

Site prices can change without advance notice. If typographical or system‑driven price errors appear, we hold the right to cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing, even after order confirmation. If payment was already captured for a canceled order, we issue a full refund back to your original payment method immediately. We will not substitute other products at the wrong price.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests sent within 12 hours after checkout will be reviewed. Approval is very likely if your order has not been packed or dispatched. After the 12‑hour window, cancellation may still be possible only if goods have not shipped. Approval is not guaranteed. Once we hand packages over to shipping carriers, cancellation is no longer possible. You can accept delivery and submit a return under our Refund Policy.

Final‑Sale Items

Certain clearance or limited‑run furniture will be clearly marked final‑sale directly on product detail pages before purchase. Final‑sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will never apply final‑sale status at checkout without prior warning shown on the product page.

Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control: bad weather, carrier issues, labor or supply‑chain disruptions. We will email you right away if your order is affected.

Limitation of Liability

Under New York law, Ilovekasala LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is capped at the price you paid for your item. This does not apply where consumer‑protection law prohibits limiting liability.
